When the Wallis Company was commissioned to provide the stained glass windows for the 1899 chapel, it was located in St. Louis at 2000-2002 Locust Street. Among the windows it produced were the 4 large windows of the Evangelists: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. These allowed natural light in the sanctuary before electricity. Each window cost $175. Presented here is the window of St. Luke and its reflection on the opposite wall.
