Marble Fireplace

This marble ornate fireplace was in use before the Motherhouse had a heating system and is found in the 1861 wing.

On the right of the mantle can be seen a marble image of the nativity. Presented to the Sisters of St. Joseph by the Intercommunity Housing Association as a Pillar Award in 2003 in gratitude for its contribution.
