The Way of the Cross created by Joseph Sibbel for the Holy Family Chapel was made using plaster. This first station depicts Jesus after being condemned to death. Notice the fine detailing used for this addition to the chapel. In addition to Jesus notice the other participants in this scene. The Way of the Cross allowed the faithful to walk with Jesus on the last days of his life.
