This maple staircase shows off the craftsmen’s skills. Installed c. 1900, it replaced an outside staircase when a porch was modified into an inside hallway leading to the chapel. This view was taken from the 3rd floor. From this angle, you easily see the maple and black walnut floor which also dates from c. 1900.
